The mission of the Youth Council is to stimulate an interest among young people in the New Brunswick co-operative movement through education and awareness. It is a partner of UNI Financial Cooperation and CDR-Acadie in local development in Atlantic Canada.


The Youth Council aims to create a collective entrepreneurial youth by joining young leaders and demonstrating the value of commitment.


The values ​​of the Youth Council are autonomy and independence as well as collective entrepreneurship. The values ​​of the co-operative movement are also supported, namely: mutual aid, responsibility, democracy, equality, equity and solidarity. He defends ethical values ​​such as honesty, openness, social responsibility and concern for others.


The Youth Council is made up of 6 members from across the province.
